Meet the Awesome Team Behind
The Fit Mother Project

As they say, “it takes a village to raise a kid.” The same is pretty much true in business. Luckily, we have an incredible team powering the Fit Mother Project's Mission to transform millions of lives…

The Leadership Team

Dr. Anthony Balduzzi

NMD, B.S, CPT

Founder & CEO

Dr. Anthony Balduzzi is a health and weight loss expert and the founder of The Fit Father Project and The Fit Mother Project.

After watching his own Dad struggle with his health and tragically pass away at 42 years young, Dr. Balduzzi dedicated his life to studying health, nutrition, and exercise so that he could help other busy dads & moms get and stay healthy for their families.

Anthony holds degrees in Nutrition & Neuroscience from the University Of Pennsylvania, a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and is a former national champion bodybuilder.

Above all, he's most proud of the fact that he's helped over 30,000 families in over 100 countries lose weight and get healthy through his programs.

Stuart Carter

Dip. PT, PN1

Chief Operations Officer

Stuart gained his Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Medicine through Premier Global, back in 2001. In 2018, he completed his Level 1 Precision Nutrition qualification.

Throughout his career in Fitness, Stuart has trained hundreds of clients, worked in almost every position in the industry, and ran his own successful training studio.

After a hiatus away from the Fitness industry, working in Corporate Management and Finance, Stuart returned to what he loves… Fitness! This return led to a chance meeting with Dr. Balduzzi, and a place in the Fit Mother Project team, starting in March 2017.

Stuart is a proud father of 4 and lives on the South-East Coast of England with his beautiful Venezuelan wife and 2 youngest sons.
