  • I am capable of doing strenuous activities like climbing straight up rocky mountains when hiking, loading large logs onto a trailer when cutting firewood, and carrying furniture upstairs to my daughter's new apartment
  • I made a goal to be fit by fifty and thankfully I reached my goal
