Episode 10 of the Fit Mother Project Podcast is all about answering the question, ‘what is health’ and how integrity relates to our health.
We hear it from people all the time, especially around the new year — they want to live healthier and they want to focus on their health.
But what does ‘health’ actually mean?
The root of the word health comes from old English Germanic meaning ‘whole,’ the state of being whole.
When I think of that definition of health, it immediately reminds me of another word, which is integrity.
The idea of something being integral is being whole. Of being undivided.
And I think this is so important to understand because, in my life experience, for someone to be truly healthy, they need to be whole.
That means you've created health in all the different areas of your life — your financial life, your relationship life, your physical life, your emotional life, and your spiritual life.
Are you integral? Do you have wholeness? Are there areas of your life right now where you’re lacking this experience of integrity?
Not sure? Then this episode is for you!
In this episode you’ll learn:
- This idea of deep integrity and how to connect what you do with your body to your everyday behaviors.
- How to create wholeness and health on all levels.
- How to avoid temptations.
- How to truly treat your body like a temple.
- And so much more!
