The Fit Mother Project

The Fit Mother Project is the sister company to the Fit Father Project. Both have a Mission to educate and empower women and men over 40 to lose weight and regain their health – for themselves and their families.

Amy started Fit Mother 30X in January of 2019.

Fit Family

Fit Mother 30X and Fit Father 30X work hand-in-hand to help couples lose weight together.

“Since my husband and I are doing the programs together it makes it easy to follow them,” explains Amy.

“We sit down over the weekend to plan out the healthy meals we will eat. We talk about eating obstacles Lee might have while traveling. We encourage each other with every accomplishment we have. Overall, doing the Fit Mother and Fit Father programs together helps to keep us both on track.
